We would like to provide this delivery information to you, so you know what delivery service you can expect from us here at M-Audio Direct. We are based in the UK and so will ensure we offer a competitive and cost effective delivery service for you, when you next order your M-Audio or Digidesign products from us. If on a product page, an item shows an indicated delivery time, then this a Special Order item and we will try to ensure that the item is delivered within the time specified. This is subject to stock availability with the Central European M-Audio stores. Delivery CostsDue to the variation in value and size of items on offer at M-Audio Direct, the delivery costs do vary depending on the items and of course your UK location. Simply add an item to the online basket, and fill out the Delivery Cost / Postcode Checker, we will then be able to provide a delivery cost for you.Delivery TimesWhat about the ROYAL MAIL Strike Action:Most of our products are large in size and are therefore NOT affected by the Royal Mail Postal Strike, only small items like Pedals, Covers etc usually ship Royal Mail. If however, you do require one of these smaller items ASAP, then contact us for availability and if in stock or available to order, ensure you select the next day delivery option. This will ensure your item is sent via FedEx Couriers, not by the Royal Mail! If you require an item urgently and we are showing that it is available or in stock, then please ensure you select the next day delivery method at the checkout, this will ensure we ship your order via Courier (FedEx) and not by the Royal Mail! We will of course keep this page updated... Again, this depends on the stock situation of the item or items you require. If an item indicates 1 or more in stock, then we aim to delivery this item to you in 2-3 working days. Otherwise if an item is Out of Stock or on Special Order, we will indicate an estimated delivery time to you on the actual product page. Can I get a Next Day Delivery?We do offer Expedited, Next Day Delivery on items that we show 1 or more in stock. This is shown on the product page, if an item is in stock, please add it to the online basket and proceed to the checkout. You may then select the delivery option you require as you proceed to buy the item from us.Next Day Delivery is available on stock items only, ordered with us before 15.30 Monday to Friday for a Next Working Day Delivery option. Again Saturday Delivery Options are available, if an item is in stock at the time of ordering. These services are subject to your order passing our security check and valid payment in place for the order. Special Order ItemsAs well as a great range of stocked M-Audio and Digidesign equipment, we do also offer items ordered upon request. These are indicated to you as 'Special Order' items on the product page, the lead time for this is also indicated. We will always do our best to get the item ordered with the central stores of M-Audio as soon as possible. We can then expect you to receive this item on time to you. However, we must point out that even M-Audio run out of stock from time to time, so please bear with us for an update should your order take a little longer than expected! You can of course get in touch with us at any time, should you want an update on your special order items.If your order was mixed with both Special and Stocked items, we normally ship your order when all items are ready to go. If you want us to split your order and ship the stocked items sooner, then again, please get in touch with us and advise us accordingly. Our Delivery CompaniesWe use both FedEx Express and the Royal Mail to deliver items from us here at M-Audio Direct in the UK. Depending on your UK location, we will always endeavor to use the most efficient delivery company for you.International OrdersWe are currently unable to ship or retail items outside of the UK at present as we are only authorised to retail to the UK at present.If you are unsure, have question or would like to check the stock situation of an item, then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us here at M-Audio Direct in the UK. |
